On November 26, LONGi held a launch event for its energy storage product solutions in London, United Kingdom. At the event, LONGi’s Vice President, She Haifeng, presented the company’s energy storage strategy to a global audience for the first time and unveiled a comprehensive one-stop energy storage solution.

Currently, LONGi has accumulated leading technologies in the fields of photovoltaics and hydrogen energy—its HIBC battery efficiency reaches 27.81%, and its ALK electrolyzer production capacity ranks first globally. The company’s entry into the energy storage sector marks a further completion of LONGi’s strategic layout, forming a full “PV-Storage-Hydrogen” value chain closed loop.

Meanwhile, LONGi has previously acquired approximately 61.9998% of voting rights in Jingkong Energy through equity acquisition, capital increase, and voting rights delegation, officially pressing the “start button” for entering the energy storage industry. In this process, Jingkong Energy will serve as a key technical support for LONGi’s energy storage solutions, providing a solid foundation for the implementation and large-scale deployment of its new business.

In addition, to accelerate the energy transition in Europe, LONGi officially announced the establishment of its first PV-Storage Technology Innovation Center in the region. The center will integrate core functions such as project consulting, technical training, operation and maintenance support, and spare parts services. It aims to provide European customers with fast-response, full-lifecycle localized professional services, comprehensively ensuring the safety, reliability, and long-term returns of integrated PV-storage assets.

Looking ahead, LONGi’s energy storage solutions will first be deployed in key markets including the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, and Spain, building smarter and more efficient clean energy systems for utilities and power companies.
