To satisfy the demands of production and operation and business development, optimize the debt structure, reduce financing costs, and promote the steady development of various businesses, CATL intends to register and issue bonds with an aggregate principal amount of no more than RMB 10 billion (inclusive of RMB 10 billion).
The announcement indicates that the issuer of these bonds is CATL, and the upper limit of the issuance amount is RMB 10 billion. The specific amount shall be subject to the final registration result.
Regarding the bond term, the term of the bonds to be issued will be no more than 5 years (inclusive of 5 years). A single maturity variety or a combination of multiple maturity varieties may be selected, and the specifics will be comprehensively determined based on the company's actual capital needs and market conditions at the time of issuance.
Regarding the use of raised funds, the proceeds from this bond issuance will primarily be used for project construction, supplementing working capital, repayment of interest-bearing liabilities, and other uses that comply with laws, regulations, and regulatory provisions. The use of funds will strictly comply with the relevant agreements in the issuance documents.
Furthermore, the validity period of the resolution for this bond issuance is 24 months from the date of approval by the shareholders' meeting.
