At the 2026 ees Europe exhibition in Munich, Germany, seven Chinese companies—including Cornex New Energy, Sigenergy, and Hithium—secured a massive wave of energy storage orders for European and global markets, with a total signed capacity exceeding 48 GWh.

Cornex New Energy Secures Over 12 GWh of Energy Storage Orders

During the exhibition, Cornex New Energy signed energy storage cooperation agreements with several overseas companies, achieving a cumulative signed capacity of over 12 GWh.

In the AC-side and utility-scale markets, Cornex co-signed a 3.4 GWh utility-scale market cooperation agreement with IKAV, MoveOn, and Cubenergy. Simultaneously, the company reached a strategic cooperation agreement with KK Group for the AC-side of the European market.

For residential and distributed markets, Cornex signed a phased strategic cooperation agreement for residential storage integration systems with Sluxer, with long-term planned cooperation volume reaching 1 GWh. It also established a 1 GWh European energy storage strategic partnership with NKON.

In emerging markets, the company secured a 2 GWh strategic partnership with InterConti for the Ukrainian market, signed a 2 GWh Polish energy storage strategic cooperation agreement with Takom, and partnered with Energy Investment for a 1 GWh utility-scale project in Romania. Furthermore, it signed a 1.6 GWh DC-side project cooperation agreement with Orshar in Israel.

Sigenergy Lands Over 20 GWh of Overseas Energy Storage Orders

Focusing on diverse application scenarios such as residential, commercial & industrial (C&I), and large-scale ground-mounted installations, Sigenergy forged strategic partnerships with multiple partners from global markets including Europe, Africa, and Asia-Pacific, with the total signed capacity exceeding 20 GWh.

Regarding distribution partnerships, beyond a 5 GWh-level distribution agreement with Energy Spurt—a key renewable energy distributor in Australia—Sigenergy also signed several distribution cooperation agreements ranging from 1 GWh to 3 GWh, covering major regional markets across Europe, Africa, and Asia-Pacific.

In C&I scenarios, Sigenergy successively captured multiple projects across various regions in Central and Eastern Europe, with cumulative signed capacities reaching the 1 GWh level. For utility-scale scenarios, the company continues to advance collaborations on several large-scale energy storage and solar-plus-storage integration projects in the European market.

Hithium Bags 1.37 GWh Energy Storage Orders in Europe

During the Smarter E Europe exhibition, Hithium signed a framework cooperation agreement for battery energy storage systems with GOLDBECK SOLAR, a German renewable energy EPC company, with a cooperation scale of 1 GWh.

Additionally, Hithium partnered with Turbo Energy to jointly deploy 366 MWh of battery energy storage systems for 15 industrial facilities across Europe. This collaboration focuses on the implementation of large-scale energy storage equipment, building projects totaling 366 MWh for 15 plants under a major European industrial group. Currently, 21 Hithium energy storage containers have been delivered, each with a single-unit capacity of 6.25 MWh.

Youngy Energy Wins 12 GWh Energy Storage Procurement Order from Switzerland

Youngy Energy officially signed a 12 GWh annual strategic procurement framework agreement with Lithium Storage GmbH, a Swiss provider of clean energy storage solutions.

The two parties will engage in deep cooperation across fields such as energy storage cells, battery packs, C&I energy storage systems, and large-scale containerized energy storage systems to jointly drive the development of the European energy storage market.

Wolong Energy Storage Signs 1.5 GWh of European Energy Storage Orders

At the exhibition, Wolong Energy Storage secured two major energy storage orders totaling 585 MW / 1,540 MWh, further expanding its footprint in the European energy storage market.

This includes a 400 MW / 800 MWh utility-scale energy storage project agreement signed with a Northern European partner, alongside another 185 MW / 740 MWh energy storage project clinched in Romania.

HOENERGY Power Signs Over 500 MWh of European Energy Storage Orders

On-site at the exhibition, HOENERGY held strategic distribution agreement signing ceremonies with several European regional distributors and core partners, with the cumulative scale of signed projects exceeding 500 MWh.

This strategic partnership will involve comprehensive, deep-level collaboration spanning multiple dimensions, including European product localization and adaptation, joint regional market promotion, co-construction of local service networks, development of after-sales O&M (operations and maintenance) systems, and joint development of customized projects.

JD Energy Signs 709 MWh of European Energy Storage Orders

During this exhibition, JD Energy landed a series of major orders, totaling a capacity of 709 MWh.

On June 23, the company successfully signed a 300 MWh energy storage project framework agreement with a German client. This was followed on June 24 by a 400 MWh framework agreement reached with a Hungarian client.

Furthermore, it directly secured a 9 MWh order on-site with an Italian client. Once completed, this project will become the largest distributed modular C&I energy storage project in Italy.
