EnergyTrend has learned that CATL and Yichu Digital Intelligence have each set up new subsidiaries focused on energy storage businesses recently.
CATL establishes a wholly-owned new subsidiary with RMB 10 billion registered capital
CATL Zero Carbon Technology (Xiamen) Co., Ltd. was incorporated on June 30.
According to Qichacha corporate registration data, the new firm is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CATL. Chen Weifeng serves as its legal representative, with a registered capital of RMB 10 billion. The company is registered at Xiamen Torch High-tech Zone, Huli District, Xiamen City, Fujian Province.
Its business scope covers diversified segments including research and development of emerging energy technologies, energy storage technical services, battery manufacturing and sales, R&D of carbon emission reduction technologies, supporting services for wind and solar new energy projects, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, integration of intelligent control systems, production and sales of intelligent unmanned aerial vehicles, zero-carbon technology consulting, equity investment with self-owned capital, as well as import and export of goods and technologies.
Yichu Digital Intelligence launches two energy storage subsidiaries
On June 30, Shenzhen Yichu Digital Intelligence Energy Group incorporated two wholly-owned subsidiaries on the same day. Both companies were registered in the same industrial park, with core businesses centered on the energy storage sector.
Shenzhen Chuxintonglian Technology Co., Ltd. was founded on June 30, 2026. Shi Lei acts as its legal representative, with a registered capital of RMB 5 million. The enterprise is 100% held by Yichu Digital Intelligence and registered in Nanshan District, Shenzhen City.
Its business scope involves R&D of emerging energy technologies, energy storage technical services, battery manufacturing and sales, production and operation of photovoltaic equipment, industrial internet data services, energy performance contracting, equity investment with self-owned capital, and import & export of goods and technologies.
The second entity registered on the same day is Shenzhen Choucai Keda Technology Co., Ltd., also a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yichu Digital Intelligence Energy Group with a registered capital of RMB 5 million, located in Nanshan District, Shenzhen. Its business scope covers R&D of energy storage technologies, sales of new energy equipment, supporting services for energy storage projects, investment and operation of new energy projects, and other related businesses.
