According to Wechat Official Account @chunengpai, on May 7th and 8th, SVOLT Energy aggressively signed four strategic cooperation agreements during the Intersolar Europe exhibition in Munich, Germany. These agreements cover areas such as energy storage supply chain security, risk control, and customer development, with a total contracted project scale exceeding 2GWh. This series of signings signifies a further deepening of SVOLT Energy's localized layout in core markets such as Western Europe, India, and Eastern Europe, marking a move towards the large-scale implementation phase of its global "going global strategy."

Technology Leadership: Empowering Multinational Project Delivery

In the field of supply chain cooperation, SVOLT Energy reached an agreement with an Indian company for a total project scale of 769MWh. This encompasses the Mumbai experimental energy storage power station and a large-scale energy storage system in Gujarat, utilizing SVOLT Energy's independently developed second-generation 350Ah "long cell" and dual-layer liquid cooling technology. This provides a replicable risk control model for expanding into the Southeast Asian market.

Concurrently, SVOLT Energy signed a strategic cooperation memorandum of understanding with Hopewind Electric. The two parties will jointly explore the European, Southeast Asian, Middle Eastern, and American markets. For a 160MWh energy storage project with a well-known European automaker, SVOLT Energy will lead the system design and integration, while Hopewind Electric will provide high-performance power conversion equipment. This deep synergy of "integration + core components" aims to build localized service capabilities covering the entire project lifecycle.

"Double Tap" on the European Market: Localized Ecosystem Taking Shape

On the European customer development front, SVOLT Energy successively secured two major key projects:

Firstly, it reached a 450MWh large-scale energy storage project cooperation with an exclusive distributor in Eastern Europe. As the exclusive equipment supplier, SVOLT Energy will provide a full-chain product portfolio from cells to energy storage systems. This move marks its official entry into the Eastern European new energy market and leverages the distributor's localized network across five Eastern European countries to build an energy infrastructure hub.

Secondly, it jointly launched a 700MWh large-scale and commercial & industrial energy storage project with a German innovative developer and industrial capital. The three parties have formed a full-chain cooperation model of "development-capital-equipment." The involvement of industrial capital provides a closed-loop solution combining capital and development for projects in Germany, Switzerland, and other regions. The first batch of 42MW projects is planned to commence construction within the year, with a target of exceeding 700MWh in cumulative development scale by 2030.

Strategic Logic Behind Over 2GWh in Orders

The four projects signed this time span the Asian and European markets, not only achieving full-scenario coverage including grid-side and commercial & industrial applications but also highlighting SVOLT Energy's three core strategies: technologically adapting to extreme environments through vertical integration capabilities; operationally leveraging regional partners to build localized systems; and risk control-wise introducing international reinsurance mechanisms to reduce uncertainties in emerging markets. Dong Bo, Vice President of SVOLT Energy's Energy Storage Sales Center, stated, "This cooperation validates the effectiveness of the 'global technology + local ecosystem' strategy. In the future, we will continue to deepen collaborative innovation and accelerate the popularization of energy storage technology."

As of 2025, SVOLT Energy's energy storage business has covered over 10 countries and regions globally, with a significantly increased proportion of overseas markets. The breakthrough signings at the Intersolar Europe exhibition have injected strong momentum into achieving its overseas business strategic goals for 2026.
