On July 9, Trina Solar unveiled a new overseas module order. The company recently sealed a cooperation agreement with Myanmar’s Shwe Wah Yaung Agricultural Production Co., Ltd., for the supply of 200 MW Vertex 3 PV modules.
The partnership with Myanmar SWY marks another key deployment of Trina Solar’s Vertex 3 modules across the Asia-Pacific market. Prior to this deal, Trina Solar secured a 1 GW Vertex 3 module order with Australia’s Solar Juice and reached a 600 MW cooperation framework with Ecohope Solar. Its product distribution network now covers core overseas PV markets including Southeast Asia, Australia, the Middle East and Africa.
Aiko Solar Shortlisted for Datang’s 4 GW BC Module Centralized Procurement
On July 9, Aiko Solar announced it had been shortlisted for the BC module bid package following the publication of successful candidate list for China Datang Corporation’s 2026–2027 Framework Procurement of PV Modules.
The BC bid package totals 4 GW, accounting for over 36% of the overall 11 GW procurement volume. Back in 2025, Aiko Solar won the 1 GW BC bid package under Datang’s annual procurement. Capturing this new 4 GW large bid package further deepens the strategic partnership between both parties.
