On November 17th, Trina Solar announced that its holding subsidiary Trina Storage has recently signed energy storage product sales contracts with customers in three major regions—North America, Europe, and Latin America—with a total capacity of 2.66 GWh. Among these, the contract with North American customers reaches 1.08 GWh.
Notably, Trina Storage has secured a series of large overseas orders recently. According to incomplete statistics from EnergyTrend, the company’s publicly announced energy storage orders for 2025 have exceeded 20 GWh.
In terms of shipment targets and regional layout, Trina Storage stated that its quarterly shipments are expected to exceed 5 GWh in Q4, nearly matching the total annual shipments of last year. The company’s shipment target for this year is 8 GWh, and it plans to roughly double this figure to 16 GWh in 2026.
Currently, Trina Storage’s signed overseas orders exceed 10 GWh, which are expected to be delivered mainly between 2025 and 2026. The company will continue to intensify efforts in securing more overseas orders in the future.
