On August 3, EVE Energy released a progress announcement regarding the establishment of Huizhou R&D branches by two of its subsidiaries.
Currently, the establishment of the Huizhou R&D branches by EVE Energy's subsidiaries, Hubei EVE Power Co., Ltd. and Jingmen EVE Chuangneng Lithium Battery Co., Ltd., has completed commercial registration and obtained business licenses.
According to the announcement, the two R&D branches were established on July 29, 2026, with their registered addresses located in the China-Korea (Huizhou) Industrial Park, Zhongkai High-tech Zone, Huizhou. Among them:
The Huizhou R&D Branch of Hubei EVE Power mainly focuses on the R&D of emerging energy and new material technologies;
The Huizhou R&D Branch of Jingmen EVE Chuangneng focuses on energy storage technology R&D and the import and export business of related technologies.
Previously, on July 3, EVE Energy issued an announcement disclosing that the Board of Directors had reviewed and approved the relevant proposals for the two subsidiaries to establish R&D branches in Huizhou. EVE Energy stated that the establishment of the R&D branches aims to integrate R&D resources, improve the R&D efficiency of the power battery and energy storage battery businesses, and align with the long-term business development strategy. This layout is not expected to have a material impact on EVE Energy's current operating performance.
