On August 4, CECEP Solar Energy Co., Ltd. issued a voluntary disclosure announcement regarding the receipt of national renewable energy subsidies receivable.
In July 2026, CECEP Solar Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") received a total of RMB 940 million in renewable energy subsidies, representing a year-on-year increase of 82.52%. Of this total, national renewable energy subsidies accounted for RMB 929 million, up 87.30% compared to the same period last year.
From January 1, 2026, to July 31, 2026, the Company received a cumulative total of RMB 1.586 billion in renewable energy subsidies, a year-on-year increase of 152.95%. Within this amount, national renewable energy subsidies accounted for RMB 1.525 billion, surging 166.61% year-on-year.
CECEP Solar stated that the collection of these renewable energy subsidies will improve the cash flow of its photovoltaic (PV) power stations and exert a positive impact on the future operations of its solar facilities.
According to public data, CECEP Solar is a listed new energy platform controlled by China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group (CECEP). Its core business encompasses the investment, construction, and operation of PV power plants, as well as the manufacturing of PV products. The Company projects that by the end of 2026, it will strive to exceed a total power station capacity of 13.3 GW across operational, under-construction, planned, and pre-acquisition agreement projects. Among this total, operational capacity is targeted to reach 8.5 GW, representing an 18.55% increase over 2025.
