Recently, Chinese photovoltaic (PV) enterprises have continued to secure overseas solar module orders. JinkoSolar has successfully landed a 1GW module supply agreement in Uzbekistan, while Aiko Solar has secured an order for a 259MW centralized PV project in Egypt.
JinkoSolar Signs 1GW Module Supply Agreement in Uzbekistan
Recently, JinkoSolar signed a 1GW supply agreement for its Tiger Neo 3.0 modules with a distributor in Uzbekistan. These modules will primarily be used for local commercial and industrial (C&I) distributed solar systems, as well as some ground-mounted projects.
It is understood that the Tiger Neo 3.0 modules supplied for this agreement utilize TOPCon cell technology. Featuring high power generation efficiency and strong environmental adaptability, these modules can effectively withstand the complex local climate conditions, such as extreme high temperatures and sandstorms.
Aiko Solar Secures Another Major 259MW Centralized Module Order in Egypt
Recently, Aiko Solar formally partnered with Infinity Power, an independent renewable energy producer in Egypt. Under this cooperation, Aiko will provide high-efficiency ABC (All Back Contact) modules for a large-scale, centralized ground-mounted PV power plant project with a total capacity of 259MW. The plant is located in the renowned Benban Solar Park in Aswan Governorate, Egypt. The project is expected to be officially connected to the grid in the fourth quarter of 2026.
Reportedly, this project will exclusively utilize Aiko Solar's ABC 66-cell dual-glass modules. This specific product boasts a mass production efficiency of up to 24.2%, with a maximum power output reaching 655W per panel.
